EnAble India is a non-profit organization working from 1999 towards the economic independence and dignity of persons with disabilities. We cater to the needs of all kinds of disabilities like visually impaired, hearing impaired, physically disabled, mental retardation, mental illness, Autism ,profound disability and more across India. Enable India works on creating employable pool of candidates and creates demand in companies and provides the workplace solutions by which the person with disability will work effectively.
Placement of more than 2700 persons with disability.
Persons with different disabilities placed include persons with vision impairment, hearing impairment, physical disability, cerebral palsy, mental retardation, Autism, Profound Disability etc.
Annually we create an employable pool of 600+ persons with disability.
Annually, we train more than 150+ persons with vision impairment in computers, and over 400 candidates with pre employment trainings.
Annually, 5000 people with disability register with us
Enable India works with 300+ companies across India.
Placements have been in16 states of the country.
Placements in sectors such as IT, ITES, Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Garments and more
Every Rs. 1 of inflow average of Rs. 6.55 of economic impact is created
We are working as the Training and placement agency fir the Government of Karnataka.
We are working with State Bank of India on inclusion of their employees with disability in to banking mainstream thus making them remunerative.
