Janakalyan is a team of professionals committed for people's empowerment; it has 7 tools viz. Jan Sanghatan, Jan Krishi, Jan Shiksha, Jan Jal, Jan Raksha, Jan Shakti and Jan Udyog through which it has reached thousands of deserving women, children and farmers till date.

1. GNAN (Garibi Nirmoolan Avartan Nidhi) set up with the membership of 700+ women to improve their fall back position.
2. More than 200 irrigation tanks have been created to provide assured irrigation to the tail end farmers and introduced diversified agricutlure practices securing the livelihoods of hundreds of farming families.
3. More than 500 refugee children have been assisted to pursue their education
